Join us for a transformative afternoon where the healing traditions of yoga, music, and Buddhism come together in a unique three-hour workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit. In this practice, we will explore the profound relationship between giving and receiving through movement and sound.
Workshop Highlights:
Dharma Talk: Begin with an insightful dharma talk exploring how we open ourselves to receiving—whether in our yoga practice or life—and the wisdom our bodies hold. We’ll reflect on how to truly listen to these gifts at a pace that feels right for you.
Yoga Practice: Flow through a yoga sequence that encourages you to breathe into each pose, not only to stretch and strengthen but to soften and relax. Discover how aligning breath with movement creates space for deeper connection within and without.
Sound & Music: Jeff will guide us through the healing power of sound, using music to support your yoga practice and invite emotional and spiritual depth. The music will act not just as background but as an anchoring force—inviting you to notice harmony, melody, and rhythm that resonates with your own pace.
Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra: Close with a deeply restorative sound bath and yoga nidra. Let the vibrations of sound and the stillness of deep relaxation carry you into a space of healing and silence.
Together, we will learn how to use music and movement as tools for meaningful expression, allowing our breath and voice to communicate with love and lightness. Through this journey, we move between stillness and movement, between silence and speech, always grounded in joy and the deep wisdom of our bodies.
Whether you're new to these practices or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop is an invitation to experience sound, movement, and breath in new, powerful ways. Come prepared to laugh, reflect, and connect deeply to your inner self.
